My role is to help you reach your goals. As a consultant and facilitator, I will work closely with you to define goals, design a plan for convening your group, support challenging conversations as they arise, and reflect on the outcome once complete.

I will work with you to create an environment where all people feel they can contribute to the conversation, that their views are valued, and that they can stay engaged throughout the process. This starts with working with you to help determine who needs to be in the room to achieve the desired outcomes and objectives and purposely design activities to encourage full participation.
