I am an experienced consultant and facilitator across sectors, with specialized experience working with groups in higher education, state and local government, legislative workgroups, faith communities, and emerging community groups.
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) concentrating on macro-level organization and systems change. My strong background and training in conflict transformation, peacebuilding, mediation, and coaching helps me to quickly adapt to various group contexts and respond to dynamics as they unfold. I am especially skilled in working to design a process in which all participants can feel involved and invested in the work and outcome. I also bring extensive experience training professionals in key leadership areas like self-awareness, conflict mitigation, and inclusive supervision.
